Annual General Meeting

Notice

The 2005 Annual General Meeting of the Sydney University Soccer Football Club Inc will be held on Wednesday November 23, 2005, commencing at 7:30pm and finishing no later than 9:30pm. The venue is the Arena Meeting Room on the Ground Floor of the Arena (opposite our office).

Please make every effort to attend and to have your say in the running of your club.

Agenda

The business of the AGM will include:

• adoption of the minutes of the 2004 AGM
• adoption of the 2005 Annual Report
• presentation and adoption of the 2005 financial statement
• election of office bearers (all offices are up for election)
• general business

Background

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a general meeting of our club. It is held annually as specified in our constitution. At the AGM, each Office Bearer presents a report, elections of Office Bearers are held and any General Business is attended to. The AGM is typically held in October within a week or so of the AnnualDinner.
