• Stewart Porter winning the Soccer NSW Winter Super League Coach of the Year
• Pat Lloyd being named the Brendan Casey Outstanding Service Award recipient for 2004
• Men's First Grade being named the Outstanding Achievement Award recipient for 2004
• Brad Wiblen being named the Warrick Segal Best Fresher for 2004
• The women's AUG team winning the Silver Medal
• The men's First Grade side making the Winter Super League Preliminary Final
• The men's All Age Sevenths winning the ESSFA AA7 Grand Final
• The women's All Age Ninths winning the NWSWS AA9 Grand Final
• The SUEL U15s winning the Soccer NSW Youth League Division 1 Grand Final
• The men's First Grade side finishing third in the Winter Super League
