Who Can Play

As a general rule, anyone can play soccer for Sydney University. You do not have to be a current or former student.

All of our teams are gender-based. Only women can play in our women's teams; only men can play in our men's teams.

Some of our teams are open and some are age-based. For example, you must be 35 or over to play in our Over 35s team. For grade teams, you must be turning at most the age of your grade during the calendar year of the season. For example, to be eligible for the Grade 20s, you must turn at most 20 years old during the season.

All players are selected on merit and must attend trials before being asked to register.
