Super League continue their dream start against St George Men's Super League Teams

The Men's Super League First Grade team maintained their 100% record with a battling 1-0 win away to St George last night. A Matt Demetriou goal was the difference between the two sides, as Uni hung on to take all three points despite being without many of their more senior players. In the earlier match, the Under 20s went down 3-1.

Men's Trials - Final Day Saturday

The final day of men's trials for new players will be held this Saturday (10/3) at St John's Rugby Oval at 11.30am. This will be the final trial. All new players required by the club WILL be selected on this date. For players registered there will be games on Sunday at Little Bay Sports Fields vs UNSW. Time will be dependent on what squad you are selected for.

New or inexperienced at soccer? Try Soccerfit Classic

In a new innovation in 2007, the Club will be running a soccer skills and fitness program especially designed for anyone who is new to soccer, who want to learn more about the game, and who want to get fit at the same time. Soccerfit Classic is open to men and women of all ages and all levels of ability. The program starts on Monday 26 March at 6.30pm at Wentworth Park. Each session goes for one hour, and the program will run for eight weeks during the Uni semester (with a week off for Easter). For ALL Sydney Uni students, SU Sport members and members of the Club you can sign up for only $79. For everyone else, you will need to pay an extra $55 for a 12 month membership of Sydney Uni Sport. SU Sport Fees - further information Whole Club

As you should have seen by now, before you can register for the Soccer Club, you have to pay your $55 SU Sport fees at an SU Sport facility (SU Sport office, Sports and Aquatic Centre, the Arena, or HK Ward Gym). When you do this, it is probably best NOT to mention that you are from the Soccer Club. Just say that you want to "JOIN SU Sport and pay the $55 fee". That's it.

Men lose a heartbreaker in last home game of the year

In their last home Futsal match for the year, Uni conceded a late goal to go down 3-2 in a pulsating match. Uni managed a 5-3 win in the Under 12 Boys and came from 3-2 down to win 5-3 in the Under 16 Boys for their only two wins of the night.

Congratulations to Scholarship Winners Whole Club

At a brief ceremony on 13 August, the SUSFC Scholars were awarded for season 2006. The Jack Tilburn Scholarship was awarded to John O'Brien, the Ray Hyslop Scholarship to Lucy McClymont and the Warrick Segal Memorial Scholarship was awarded to James Alcorn. Women's Super League on No.1 Oval this Sunday Whole Club

Sydney Uni Women's Super League face the Macarthur Rams on No.1 Oval this Sunday. This is the first football match this year on No.1 Oval so it would be nice if plenty of Club members can get along. The Grade 12s kick-off at 9am, followed by Grade 14s and 16s. The Grade 21s are at 1pm, with First Grade kicking off at 3pm.
