Annual General Meeting - Wed 25/10

Whole Club

The Club's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 25 October at 7pm.

At the meeting, the Executive Committee members will present reports and then the EC positions will be elected for 2007.

The Executive Committee positions are:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Fundraising Officer
Publicity Officer
Social Officer

Any member of the Club is eligible to run for any office. The Club could not survive without volunteers filling these roles, so if you would like to run for an office, please email your intention to me at t.hogan@susport.usyd.edu.au.

Also, could you please let me know if you are planning to come to the meeting. It is currently planned that the meeting will be held in the seminar room in the Arena Sports Centre. If more people respond than can fit in that room, the venue will be changed to somewhere larger.
