| Two Soccer Blues Awarded for 2006 |
Congratulations to Bridget Murphy and Tom Corte for being awarded University Blues in 2006.
Blues are awarded to players who play consistently in first grade throughout the year, and who excel at the Australian University Games. Both Bridget and Tom were worthy winners this year.
Recent winners include: Peter Gavaghan, Marta Kielich and Emma Schiller in 2005; Brad Wiblen, Peter Peralta and Melissa Pennington in 2004; and of course other club luminaries like Michael Thwaite (2002), Dave Gill and Rob Smithies (1997).
