Men's Super League head to Wee Waa Men's Super League Teams

This weekend, a team of players from the Men's Super League squad will be heading up to Wee Waa for a pre-season friendly against the WWFC.

Why Wee Waa? (Try saying that 3 times fast).

Well AJ Swansbra, a stalwart of the squad in 2006, hails from up that way. So his parents have been kind enough to put the team up on the family farm and also take them for some team building exercises as they prepare for the 2007 campaign.

Glenn and the team will also be giving some coaching clinics for local kids and coaches in the area.

The match is scheduled to take place early Sunday morning followed by a lunch put on the by the local pub. Apparently it's big news that SUSFC are coming to town, so there may well be a few people at the game and perhaps a few wanting to have a beer with them at the pub afterwards. Hopefully the Uni boys can give a good account of themselves.

SUSFC would also like to give a big thank you to the Swansbras for organising this event and putting up the team. It is very much appreciated and hopefully it will get 2007 off to a great start for SUSFC.
